This hotel had everything we needed, we enjoyed food and atmosphere. Venue's position within walking distance of all places we wanted to see, like paignton harbour. It was very close to Hollicombe Beach.
All good.

Brand-new, large room with the young children, mini fridge tea making facilities, for instance. Ideal and convenient location, very close to a sandy beach.

The personalized communication from the hosts made our stay feel cute.
Access to the upper rooms can be challenging without assistance, especially after a long day of exploring the area.

Paignton vibes 🌊☀️
The owners, Paul and Gail, are just the best-always had a friendly chat and helped us find the local hotspots! Room was super clean and comfy with a fridge, a lifesaver in the heat. And that brekkie? Ja, full English every morning!
Only bummer was the stairs to our room-felt a bit steep after long walks!

The room was well-equipped with a fridge and tea-making facilities. Paul's cute demeanor and proactive communication set the tone for a wonderful visit. Although the shared lounge was spacious, it could use additional comfortable seating. Some steep steps posed a challenge after long days exploring.

The room was super clean, with a fridge and tea-making facilities, ideal during hot weather. A large lounge equipped with a TV and computer provided a nice space to unwind.
Some rooms had limited natural light due to partial window coverings. Access to certain upper rooms could be tricky without assistance, especially after a long day, and an attic room might not suit everyone. The shared lounge, although spacious, could benefit from more comfortable seating arrangements for a more relaxed atmosphere.

Warm hospitality and great breakfast
The room was well-equipped with a fridge and tea-making facilities, perfect in the warm weather, and the breakfast was a standout at just £5-it was filling and delicious! I didn't get a chance to try the lounge area, but I appreciated its availability . I found the stairs a bit challenging after long days out.
